Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup mint leaves, fresh
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 140 ml natural yogurt
- 1 pepper, green, pitted
- possibly ginger
- possibly turmeric (turmeric root)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with grilled poultry, as a poultry marinade or as a dip
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. I like to eat it on baguette or as a dip. Tip: Add a little grated ginger and a pinch of turmeric to create an exotic marinade for chicken pieces, which can be marinated overnight and then grilled or roasted.
