Gnocchi and vegetable pan quick recipe

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi from the fresh counter (600 g)
  • 1 pack of iglo creamed royal vegetables
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, fry the gnocchi in a pan with hot oil until golden brown. Meanwhile, slice the ham into strips. Add the creamed vegetables to the gnocchi and about 150 ml of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Stir occasionally. Finally, add the ham and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
