Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ lime(s)
  • Prosecco
  • Ginger Ale
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

aperitif

Dice the lime, add it to the glass, and muddle it lightly (otherwise it will be too sour). Sprinkle the lime with brown sugar. Add ice cubes to a glass and fill with ginger ale and prosecco in a 1:1 ratio.
