Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sweet apple
  • 2 Physalis
  • 1 orange(s) or orange juice
  • e.g. kefir or milk, yogurt, buttermilk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and chop the apple. Then wash the physalis and squeeze the orange (or use ready-made orange juice), or peel and chop the orange and add the pieces to the blender along with the apple and physalis. Blend everything until smooth. Then, if desired, add kefir, for example, and blend well again. If you find that the orange pieces taste too coarse, you can strain the smoothie at this point – otherwise, just enjoy! Tip: 1-3 ice cubes keep the drink nice and chilled.
