Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 large sheep cheeses
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the tomatoes in half, scoop out the innards with a spoon, sprinkle with pepper, salt, and oregano, and fill with feta cheese. Place both sides together and secure with toothpicks. Then bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
