Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tsp, heaped sugar
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 cucumbers

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
easy and fast
Combine the vinegar, sugar, and olive oil in a bowl and mix. Then, finely dice the onion (sometimes just half an onion is enough) and add it to the bowl. Peel the cucumbers as usual and grate them into the bowl. Mix the salad and let it stand, covered, in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes; it will taste even better this way.
