Oreo Peanut Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g Oreo cookies, or more if you like
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 125 g peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or rice syrup
  • 100 g banana(s), mashed
  • 15 g coconut oil, melted
  • 25 ml soy milk (soy drink) or nut milk
  • 1 handful of nuts, roughly chopped
  • Agave syrup or rice or date syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

without baking, for a 20cm cake tin

Finely grind the Oreos with a hand blender or in a blender. Mix with the tablespoon of coconut oil and pour into a 20cm cake pan. Press firmly. Mix the topping ingredients well until creamy. Spread this mixture over the Oreo base and refrigerate the cake for two hours. Decorate with nuts and syrup before serving.
