Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 shallots
- basil
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- e.g. Parmesan
- n. B. Noodles, cooked
Instructions

Chop the garlic, shallots, and tomatoes into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots. Just before they turn golden brown, add the garlic and fry. Let both fry for a while longer. Meanwhile, puree the tomatoes until only a few small pieces remain. Add the pureed tomatoes to the onions and garlic and simmer. After a few minutes, add finely chopped basil and any other seasonings to taste. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
