Cucumber salad with red beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumber(s), peeled, pitted, diced
  • 500 g kidney beans (can)
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Vinegar or
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place the cucumber and red beans in a bowl. Pour the vinegar (lemon) into a separate bowl, then add the finely chopped dill, chopped parsley, pepper, salt, and sugar. Mix everything well and toss with the cucumbers and beans. This preparation is very simple and requires very little of your free time.
