Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g butter, soft
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- ½ vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
- 2 cl Amaretto
- 30 ml cream
- 350 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy. Gradually add all the other ingredients. Bake the batter in a hot waffle iron. These yogurt waffles taste especially good freshly baked!
