Sliced ​​pork fillet in mustard cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 ml meat broth
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Sugar
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve or third the pork fillet lengthwise and then cut across the grain into thin strips. Halve the onions and slice them into wedges. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sear the fillet strips until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the onion wedges and sauté. After about 3-4 minutes, add the mustard and sauté. Deglaze with the stock. Pour in the cream and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season the strips with salt, pepper, sugar, and 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Serve with tagliatelle and a green salad.
