Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 pork steaks
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • curry powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp horseradish
  • 4 large onions, diced
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 6 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix mustard with horseradish, curry powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the pork steaks with this mixture on both sides and coat them in the raw onion cubes. Then dip them in the beaten eggs and fry in oil. Serve with grilled tomatoes and fried potatoes or French fries.
