Pork fillet in Parmesan – egg shell

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pork fillets
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • some flour
  • some fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Like schnitzel, season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour. Meanwhile, crack the two eggs and mix with the Parmesan cheese. Dip the floured fillet slices into the egg and Parmesan mixture and place them directly into the pan (do not overheat the oil). Fry gently for about 10 minutes. Serve with pasta and tomato sauce or with fries and salad.
