Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix for chicken
- breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the minced meat in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, and the egg by hand to form a dough. Peel the onion, finely dice it, and fold it in. Add the low-fat quark and mustard and mix everything thoroughly. Take a small portion of the minced meat at a time and form it into meatballs (Küchle). Roll each portion in the breadcrumbs and fry in batches in a pan. Serve with mashed potatoes.
