Blueberry-vanilla curd dessert with strawberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g quark
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cl brandy
  • 6 m.-large strawberries

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk together the quark, sour cream, vanilla bean pulp, and honey until smooth. Heat the sugar in a pan until liquid. Then add the washed blueberries, toss them briefly, and deglaze the sugar-blueberry mixture with the brandy. Immediately remove from the heat. Place the cooled vanilla quark in the center of the plate, pour the warm blueberry mixture over it, and garnish with quartered strawberries.
