Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cucumbers (country cucumbers)
- 3 Wakame, dried
- Water for soaking
- 2 jalapeños
- 1 red chili
- 1 onion(s), red
- 3 cm ginger
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 50 ml lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp, heaped dill, fresh
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
with algae
Soak the seaweed, then cut into 1.5 cm pieces and remove the stems. Finely dice the onion and jalapeno pepper. Finely slice the cucumber and red chili pepper. Grate the ginger and then mix all the ingredients together. Let it sit for a while.
