Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 piece(s) melon(s) (honeydew melon)
- 30 g blue cheese, 30% DV
- 4 olives, black
- 1 tsp pepper, pickled green
- 5 walnuts
- 1 sprig(s) peppermint
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the melon and remove the seeds with a spoon. Scoop out the flesh with a melon baller and place it in a bowl. Roughly chop the walnuts. Add the peppercorns, walnuts, and olives to the melon and mix gently. Crumble the blue cheese and sprinkle over the melon balls. Garnish with the peppermint sprig.
