Crostini with hummus and tomato

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) ciabatta or baguette
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tbsp tomatoes, diced
  • some basil
  • some salt, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Roughly chop the basil and mix with the diced tomatoes. Toast the bread under the broiler until crisp and lightly browned, or toast smaller portions in the toaster. Rub the bread with the garlic clove, spread with 1 tablespoon of hummus, and arrange the diced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and serve immediately.
