Cheesecake without base, with BE indication

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg quark (4 BE)
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g flour (7.5 BE)
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar (1/2 sugar 1/2 sweetener = 10 BE)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel and juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a springform pan. Bake at 180°/200° C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour. After baking, let the cake cool in the oven to prevent it from collapsing. When prepared with half the sugar and half the sweetener, the total baking time is 21.5 units.
