Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp allspice, ground
- 2 tbsp black pepper, ground
- 1 tbsp clove(s), ground
- ½ tbsp nutmeg, ground
- ½ tbsp cinnamon, ground
- ½ tbsp ground ginger
- ½ tbsp cardamom, ground

Grind all the spices together thoroughly in a spice grinder. Because the spice is very strong, about half a teaspoon is sufficient, depending on the dish. It’s especially used for seasoning meat.
