Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp peppercorns, white
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp fennel seeds, ground
- ½ tsp cumin powder
Instructions

Seasoning mix for grilled meat
Grind all ingredients together. Use 1 tablespoon of seasoning mix for every 4 servings of meat: Rub on steaks up to 6 hours before grilling, pork ribs up to 1 day before grilling, king prawns up to 2 hours before grilling, fish up to 30 minutes before grilling, and chicken breast up to 6 hours before grilling. Plan ahead: Prepare up to 3 months before use. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
