Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 20 g baking cocoa
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 m.-sized eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 30 pieces, it doesn’t get more chocolatey than this!

Mix all ingredients except the chocolate. Then, finely grate the chocolate and knead it into the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Form the dough into approximately 30 walnut-sized balls and flatten them to a thickness of approximately 1 cm (0.4 inches). Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
