Cucumber lemonade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml water
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • n. B. mineral water
  • e.g. lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sugar syrup: Heat water and sugar until dissolved. Let cool. Puree cucumbers, squeeze, and reserve the juice. Mix cucumber juice with lemon juice and sugar syrup. Chill. Mix 1:1 with mineral water and garnish with lemon slices.
