  • 400 g yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Sea salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the cucumber. Crush the garlic. Blend all ingredients and season to taste. Flavor: salty/spicy. Color: pale green.
