Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g broccoli, frozen
- 150 g carrot(s), sliced, frozen
- 150 g corn from the can
- 400 g crème fraîche with herbs (or cream)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp chives
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Soup seasoning
- margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
as a wonderful side dish for any dish
Heat some margarine in a saucepan. Add the broccoli, carrots, and corn and roast slightly. After about 10 minutes, stir in the crème fraîche. Add the garlic granules and mix in the finely chopped chives. Season with salt, pepper, soup seasoning, and paprika. This makes a wonderful side dish with meat, but also goes well with fried potatoes or vegetarian patties.
