Preheat oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Beat margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, gradually beat in eggs and beat until frothy. Add quark, salt, flour and baking powder and mix everything into a smooth batter. Add a little more quark if the batter is not yet creamy. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour in the batter and bake at 180-200 degrees for approx. 25-30 minutes until golden brown. After baking, turn out onto a large rack and let cool. Whisk the quark with agave syrup until creamy. If using strawberries in the topping, mash 2-3 pieces of fruit with a fork and stir into the quark. Spread the quark over the base and top with fresh fruit. Make the glaze according to the instructions and cover the fruit with it.
