Orange juice muffins

Ingredients for 18 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 75 g applesauce
  • 75 ml oil
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Cocoa or chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add eggs, applesauce, oil, and orange juice and mix well. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. This batter makes about 18 muffins. You can add a little cocoa or chocolate chips to the muffins for an even more delicious finish.
