- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- chili
- Soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Crush the garlic. Puree the avocado with tomato paste, garlic, cream cheese, and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper, chili, and soy sauce. Delicious as a spread on bread or as a dip for vegetable strips.
