Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 avocados
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 ½ cup sour cream, approx. 300 g
- 1 tbsp water
- some olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- n. B. Spice mix for guacamole
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove the avocados from their skins, cut the flesh into large pieces, and puree. Then, combine the puree and lemon juice in a large bowl. Puree the feta along with the sour cream, water, olive oil, and garlic. Add the feta mixture to the avocado cream in the bowl and mix. Season to taste. Let it sit overnight and serve with bread.
