Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 500 g yogurt

Pineapple Yogurt Drink
Combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, and yogurt in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender or whisk until smooth. Season to taste with sugar and, if desired, more pineapple juice.
