Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g bulgur
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 300 g pineapple
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the bulgur in the vegetable broth over low heat for about 15 minutes, until dry. Meanwhile, chop the pineapple. Mix the bulgur with the garam masala, coconut milk, and pineapple pieces. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin, if desired. Then return to the heat.
