Marzipan cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour, maybe a little more
  • n. B. Chocolate coating
  • e.g. sugar sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix together the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and small pieces of marzipan and knead into a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Pour the dough into the cookie press and press onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, then let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Decorate with chocolate coating and sugar sprinkles as desired.
