Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 300 g goat’s cheese, natural
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with tomatoes and pine nuts
Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and finely dice them. Finely chop the garlic and finely slice the spring onions. Heat the olive oil in a small pan and toast the pine nuts until golden brown. Add the garlic and spring onions and sauté briefly. Then let everything cool. Mix the goat’s cheese with the sour cream and honey. Fold in the contents of the pan, including the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
