Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of cream cheese, approx. 300 g
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek as needed
- 2 garlic cloves
- e.g. sea salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the bell peppers, peel them with a vegetable peeler, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and finely dice it. Place everything in a bowl and mix. Season to taste. Delicious on bread, crackers, or with grilled meat. Whatever you like.
