Spinach tortellini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini
  • 1 spinach (frozen)
  • 1 sweet cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cube of stock
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the instructions, rinse well, and drain in a sieve. Bring the spinach to a boil, add the cream and cream cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and stock cubes. Stir the tortellini into the spinach sauce and serve hot. Add more garlic, if desired.
