Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cl white rum
- 2 cl lime juice or lemon juice
- 2 cl liqueur (peppermint)
- 2 cl syrup (elderflower)
- n. B. Beer
- mint
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
The ingredients (except for the liqueur and syrup) should be well chilled. Pour the rum, lime juice, peppermint liqueur, and elderflower syrup into a 300 ml glass, add ice cubes, and top with beer. Garnish with mint stems or leaves. Variations: Instead of 2 cl of rum, use 4 cl to make the beer cocktail stronger, if desired. Alternatively, the ingredients can also be poured into a 500 ml glass and topped with beer, which will reduce the amount of “high liquor.”
