Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g brown rice
  • 150 g Chinese cabbage
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s) (Asian spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the rice and fry it in a pan with the soy sauce. Chop or grate the vegetables and fry them with the rice. Pour the egg over the rice and let it cook for a while longer. Season to taste.
