Shirataki Bowl
The perfect shirataki bowl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Shirataki noodles
- 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Pc. Boiled eggs
- 2 Pc. Spring onions fresh, cut
- 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
- 1 Pc. Any topping
- Bring the vegetable stock with chilli sauce and soy sauce to the boil.
- Add shirataki noodles and cook for about 1 minute. (Before doing this, hold the pasta extensively in a colander under water.)
- Divide the noodle soup into two (or one) bowls.
- Add any toppings, such as egg, shrimp, coriander, spring onions, sprouts, corn, turkey breast cubes, cherry tomatoes … (For me it was spring onions, parsley, fried sausages and boiled egg.)
