Shirataki Bowl

The perfect shirataki bowl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Shirataki noodles
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 Pc. Boiled eggs
  • 2 Pc. Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
  • 1 Pc. Any topping
  1. Bring the vegetable stock with chilli sauce and soy sauce to the boil.
  2. Add shirataki noodles and cook for about 1 minute. (Before doing this, hold the pasta extensively in a colander under water.)
  3. Divide the noodle soup into two (or one) bowls.
  4. Add any toppings, such as egg, shrimp, coriander, spring onions, sprouts, corn, turkey breast cubes, cherry tomatoes … (For me it was spring onions, parsley, fried sausages and boiled egg.)
