Ingredients for 70 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 6 eggs
- 160 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 100 g almonds
- 200 g chocolate (block chocolate)
- 100 g jelly (currant jelly)
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp rum

These cookies almost melt in your mouth.
Beat the butter, egg yolks, and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the ground almonds and flour. Melt the chocolate over low heat and stir in. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Grease a baking tray thoroughly (do not use baking paper). Spread the dough evenly on the tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. The surface of the dough should be light in color, with the outside dry and the inside still slightly moist. Cut into small cubes while still warm. Combine two pieces with jelly. Then mix together the ingredients for the icing and spread it over the surface of the bars.
