Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- salt water
- 4 eggs
- lemon juice
- 1 shot of milk
- salt and pepper
- e.g. butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
as a side dish
Cut the cauliflower into pieces. Cook in salted water with a few drops of lemon juice for 20-25 minutes until al dente. Drain the water and lightly fry the cauliflower in a pan with butter. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with a little milk, salt, and pepper and add to the cauliflower. When the egg is set, the cauliflower is ready to serve.
