Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of tortellini
- 8 m.-large mushrooms
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 package of cream cheese spread
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms, quarter them or cut them into sixths, depending on their size, and sauté them with the finely chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream over the mushrooms and add the processed cheese, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Cut the ham into strips or cubes and add it. Let the ham simmer for another 5 minutes. When the tortellini are cooked, drain them and add them to the pan.
