Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 200 g nougat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with butter, 100g sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Mix the baking powder and flour and stir in. Chill for about 2 hours. Then sprinkle the remaining sugar on the work surface. Form the dough into small balls, roll them in the sugar, and make a well in the center. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted oven) for about 10 minutes. Then let cool on a wire rack (using the baking paper to remove it from the tray). For the filling, melt the nougat and fill it into a piping bag fitted with a perforated nozzle. Fill the cookies with the nougat and let cool completely before packing them away.
