Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 can white beans with soup vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tbsp soup seasoning
  • 2 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 Cabanossi or Mettwurst
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the onions and garlic. Dice the bell peppers and potatoes. Heat the oil in a pot. Add the onions and garlic and sauté briefly. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté for a moment. Add the beans. Add the soup seasoning, potatoes, and bell peppers. Half-fill the empty bean can with water and add it. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika. Add the sausages. Cook in a covered pot for 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. You can also use smoked paprika instead of sweet paprika.
