Melt the chocolate coating in a bain-marie, stir in the butter. Make a dough with the remaining ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Knead the chocolate dough until smooth. Roll out with a little flour to about 3 mm and cut out stars. Bake the stars on baking paper at 170°C for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, assemble two stars using the soft nougat mixture. Return the stars to the chilled oven until the nougat has set. Cover with the cake glaze dissolved in the bain-marie. Decorate with the hazelnut before the glaze sets.
