Fruit salad with flax seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, approx. 150 g
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 banana(s)
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, flaxseed, and honey until smooth. Peel the nectarines and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the blueberries. Peel the banana, slice it, and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Stir the fruit into the prepared yogurt.
