- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp instant chicken broth
- little curry
- a little salt and pepper
- a little nutmeg
- 250 ml cream

Place the butter in a small pan. Add the stock powder, curry powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Then place over medium heat and wait until the butter melts. Stir with a whisk until the butter turns golden brown. Then add the cream and season to taste. This goes well with any kind of chicken and potatoes.
