Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g onion(s), finely diced
  • 4 g salad herbs, freeze-dried
  • 22 g vinegar
  • 4 pinches of pepper
  • 45 g rapeseed oil
  • 10 g salt
  • 180 g sour cream
  • 60 g water
  • 90 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Salad dressing for all types of leaf salads

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. You can also use sunflower oil for the oil, and fresh herbs are fine (you’ll have to adjust the amount a bit, depending on your taste).
