Upside Down Banana Tart

- 450 g Bananas
- 100 g Butter
- 220 g Sugar brown
- 200 g Puff pastry
- Cut the bananas in half and peel them.
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add the brown sugar and stir until it has dissolved.
- Place the banana halves in the caramel mixture. Let a little simmer in it, turning.
- When the bananas are brown all over, remove them and place them next to each other in a springform pan lined with baking paper. Pour the caramel mixture over them.
- Cut a circle with the diameter of the springform pan from the sheet of puff pastry. Prick the dough several times with a fork and cover the bananas. Bake in the oven at 190 ° C for 30 minutes.
