Upside Down Banana Tart

  • 450 g Bananas
  • 100 g Butter
  • 220 g Sugar brown
  • 200 g Puff pastry
  1. Cut the bananas in half and peel them.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the brown sugar and stir until it has dissolved.
  3. Place the banana halves in the caramel mixture. Let a little simmer in it, turning.
  4. When the bananas are brown all over, remove them and place them next to each other in a springform pan lined with baking paper. Pour the caramel mixture over them.
