Refreshment for in between – quick and easy

The night before, take the raspberries out of the freezer and place them in the refrigerator. Wash the peaches and cut four peach wedges. Roughly chop the remaining peach. Using a hand blender, finely purée the peach pieces, raspberries, wheat bran, and milk and season with sugar or sweetener. Then place the mixture in a glass container and refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, pour into two stemmed glasses, each with two peach wedges placed on wooden skewers across the glass, and serve. A cold treat, perfect for anytime.
