Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples, crisp
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 2 tsp jelly (blackcurrant)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and coarsely grate them. Immediately toss with lemon juice and maple syrup and divide between two plates. Place a tablespoon of mascarpone and 1 teaspoon of jelly on each apple cluster. Serve immediately.
